If you have a warranty issue with Enedo unit or module, please follow these instructions:

  • Download and fill in the Enedo RMA form.
  • Send the filled form to Enedo Finland Oy [email protected]. You will receive an Enedo reference number, and information about the service site.
  • Send the unit with the printed RMA form to the service site.
  • Enedo will investigate the unit and make a decision if the unit is under warranty or not.

For warranty units Enedo will decide if the unit will be repaired or replaced with the new one, and send it back free of charge. Replacement units cannot be sent before the investigation and the decision will be done.

For non-warranty units Enedo will make a proposal for repairing services and forwarding the unit back to the customer.
